MY THERESA PAULA´S JULY SELECTION

It´s marvellous to be able to write again after this long time . Vera and I actually have been very busy . Me I travelled to London then off to Oporto in Portugal and  now I´m about to leave for Djerba in Tunisia. And Vera she started a blog back in May but now I discovered that she actually don´t write in it anymore. After all of our tries and nots for going to Paris Fashion Week we didn´t recibe any  invite or notice which it didn´t get us down but up . Therefore after our graduation and after all of our adventures we are decided to keep on going with our blog and do my MY-THERESA JULY SELECTION. This is what I have choosen :

Es maravilloso poder volver a escribir después de tanto tiempo . Vera y yo , de echo hemos estado bastante ocupadas. Yo viajé a Londres y después a Oporto en Portugal . Y ahora estoy a punto de marcharme a Djerba en Túnez . Y Vera empezó otro blog en Mayo pero acabo de descubrir que ella ya no escribe en el desde hace bastante tiempo . Hello to you all !! Sorry for the dalete but I was having a very busy week . Today I will start with my trip to Géneve : SUCH A WONDERFUL PLACE !!!! I wanna go there soon again !! My first outfit was a bit mixed , maybe better an AIRPORT READY ?? anyway I hope you enjoy the post .

Good afternoon you all , here I am one more lazy afternoon to bring you a happy news : I am going to Géneve tomorrow !!! Yay !!! I am very exicited to ssee what´s up near my favorite country in the world !!! I´ve heard chicness is a MUST in Géneve so as I am leaving tomorrow I am preparing my latest things into the bullet . More exciting news come alive in May because is our graduation and the way we are going to celebrate it (surprise, surprise) . Another great new for you all is that  tomorrow I will shoot STREET STYLE again and since moment one you will see everything from Géneve !!!

Buenas tardes a todos , aquí estoy una tarde vaga para traeros buenas noticias : Me voy a Ginebra mañana !!! Siiii !!! WATER/AGUA : SOLÁN DE CABRAS 

I´ve tasted so many waters while I was traveling but no one taste as good as Solán de Cabras . I always wear it on my bag the 1.5 litres bottle wherever you go you will need it . 

He probado muchisimas aguas cuando estaba viajando pero ninguna sabe tan bien como la de Solán de Cabras. Siempre la llevo en mi bolso , la de 1.5 litros , a dónde quiera que vayas la necesitarás.

Just to say it´s my favourite color and when I saw them I literally fell in love . They have travelled all arround the world with me and they have visited all fashion weeks , they are a great alternative to heels . 

Sólo decir que es mi color favorito y cuando las vi literalmente me enamoré de ellas . Han viajado alrededor del mundo conmigo y han visitado todas las semanas de la moda , una gran alternativa a los tacones . 

PAULA ESSENTIALS

As I´ve been growing up I´ve been learning from many people lots of things to keep my beauty and my style going better . Style evolucionates , agres passes by , we grow up and we change . For example when I was little I used to think about London of my favourite city , but once I went back to Paris I fell in love with it . But cities are just an example . On beauty : I´m terrible doing my make-up (thanks God Vera is a godess) so from wearing lot to wear a light and fresh make up (thanks mum , thanks MAC) I wear the famous ´´Californian Wicks´´ (sorry but  I saw Lilly Aldrige and I had to follow the trend) which make me look more mature . So as for going growing I´ve decided to show you my essentials on life .

Como he ido creciendo he ido aprendiendo de mucha gente un montón de cosas para mantener mi belleza y mi estilo evolucionando . El estilo evoluciona , los años pasan , crecemos y cambiamos . Por ejemplo cuando era más pequeña solía pensar que Londres era mi ciudad favorita , pero una vez volví a París me enamoré . Pero las ciudades son sólo un ejemplo . En belleza : Soy horrible maquillándome (gracias a Dios que Vera es una diosa) así que de llevar un montón he pasado a llevar uno muy lijero y fresco (gracias mamá , gracias MAC) Tengo las famosas <<Mechas Californianas>> (perdón pero ví a Lilly Aldrige y tuve que seguir la tendencia) que me hacen parecer más madura . Así que creciendo os voy a enseñar mis <<Essentials>> para la vida . 

                             1. SHOW YOUR POTENTIAL / ENSEÑA LO QUE VALES
It´s very important to have a good autoestyme to keep on living (thanks God I have Vera) . You can do whatever you have in mind . But when I doubt it this is what I have in my desk.

Es muy importante tener una buena autoestima para seguir  viviendo (gracias a Dios que tengo a Vera). Puedes hacer cualquier cosa que tengas en mente . Pero cuando lo dudo tengo esto en mente :

2. SOMETHING OLD SOMETHING NEW IT´S YOU !!!  

My mom is the principal elegance lady (well sometimes not , sometimes it´s me the one that got the great reviews times changing) I´ve learned lots of thing from her and half of her young designers closet its now my closet . Now I buy things further than her beloved  Karl Lagerfeld (In family is known as uncle Karl ) I can go to Le Bon Marché as soon as I got a taxi from Orly to go and get to the Dries Van Noten section and fall in love with all the pieces . I like to mix thing mixing a lot !! 

Mi madre es la señora elegante (bueno a veces no , a veces soy yo la que se lleva las buenas críticas , los tiempos cambian ) He aprendido  un montón de jóvenes diseñadores de su armario está ahora en el mío . Ahora compro más cosas que su amado Karl Lagerfeld (en familia es más conocido como el tío Karl) Puedo ir a Le Bon Marché tan pronto como coja un taxi desde Orly y ir a la sección de Dries Van Noten y enamorarme de todas las piezas . ¡¡ Me encanta mezclar un montón !!

STAY FIT , KEEP IT TCR

Now that it´s spring and after eating a little bit more than what was expected we  have to stay fit for summer. Ones call it ´´Bikini Operation´´ we personally call it ´´Keep it TCR´´ . As you all may know fashion is the main topic of this blog and so we´re going to do it for looking hot in Fashion Week (Heaute Couture soon in July , plus the male season - PRÊT-Á-PORTER season in September) or all the fashion events during the summer and the parties. We are going to do it funny and fashionable . But for starting I will let you my personal and motivating playlist .

Ahora que es primavera y después de haber comido algo más de lo esperado tenemos que mantener la forma para el verano. Unos lo llaman << Operación Bikini >> nosotras , personalmente lo llamamos 
<< Keep it TCR >>. Como todos sabéis la moda es el tema principal de este blog así que lo vamos a hacer para estar preciosas en la Semana de la Moda (Alta Costura pronto en Julio , además de la temporada de hombre - PRÊT -Á-PORTER en Septiembre) o todos los eventos de moda durante el verano y las fiestas.
Vamos a hacerlo divertido y muy fashion . Pero para empezar os voy a dejar mi motivadora y personal lista de reproducción.

I love water , that´s why I am a swimmer (but no on proffesional way) and everyday no excuse I go and swim at least 30 minutes-1 hour . So If you also swim I will tell you what I do :

STEP 1 - Warm your muscles , we don´t want to have a injury just when we have started . The water is not cold so throw it at first will make at the end your skin look brighter .
STEP 2 - Do 10 trips no stopping and then relax 3-4 mitures breathing normally (repit this step 3-4 times minimun)
STEP 3 - After that its time to strech and finish with a cold shower (it hurts but it looks good)

Me encanta el agua , por eso soy nadadora (pero no profesional) y todos los días sin excusa voy y nado al menos 30 minutos- 1 hora . Así que si nadáis os diré lo que hago :

PASO 1 - Calienta los músulos , no queremos que nada más empezar tengamos una lesión. El agua no está fría así que tirarse directamente hará al final que tu piel luzca más brillante.
PASO 2 - Haz 10 largos sin parar y después descansa 3-4 minutos respirando normalmente (repitelo 3-4 veces mínimo)
PASO 3 - Después de esto estira y termina con una ducha fria (duele pero luego se ve mejor)

A RUSH IN TAKING A PLANE / RAPIDEZ EN COGER UN AVIÓN 

We all love visiting new place or city but the problen on flying and being able to be chic  and make it work ,only just a few people know it . I hate when people don´t take care of their image when they travel . Imagine you are traveling and you sit next to an Abercrombie model who by the way could be the man of you life , are you going to dress like you were at home ?? (some outfits are even not to be at home) . You don´t have to be also like If you were going to a premiere . It´s something in the middle , it´s traveling comfy but chic . 

A todos nos gusta visitar un nuevo lugar o una ciudad pero el problema de volar y poder ser chic y que funcione sólo unas pocas personas lo saben . Odio cuando la gente no cuida su imagen cuando viajan .

Imagínate que viajas y te sientas al lado de un modelo de Abercrombie quién podría ser el hombre de tu vida . ¿ Te vas a vestir como si estuvieses en casa ? (algunos outfits no son ni siquiera para estar en casa) . Tampoco es que vayas a una premiere. Es un término medio , es viajar cómoda pero chic . 

A big ´´tote´´ bag is what we all wear for getting all the things important in a flight (computer , magazines , make-up , clothes if it is a long distance flight , an hygenic case (appart from the make up), notebooks and a guide of the place you´re going to ) 

Un gran ´´tote´´ es lo que todos llevamos para meter las cosas importantes en un vuelo (ordenador, revistas , maquillaje, ropa si es un vuelo de larga distancia,  un neceser higienico ( aparte del de maquillaje ) cuandernos y una guía del lugar a dónde vas)

Fashion Week it´s what we all girls are waiting for (boys too).

Secret places no excuses

After being a long time without posting we decided It was time to keep it going with our journey !!
So now its time for us to show you since the beggining our life , our trips , our favourite places , our friends but most of all : fashion . Vera and I  have benn really busy lately planning many thing and having new projects , we can´t wait to show you all what we have planned .

Después de estar bastante tiempo sin postear , decidimos que ya era hora de seguir con nuestro viaje !!
Así que ahora , es hora de que os enseñemos desde el principio nuestra vida , nuestros viajes , nuestros lugares favoritos , nuestros amigos , pero más que nada : la moda . I have nothing but good words for the Kenzo Madrid store !! I love it so much , the situation is my favourite street in Madrid , and the shop assistants are so lovely . Kenzo generaly is a vision of future whoever you have to make a present you will find it in Kenzo , plus their iPhone cases are amazing .

No tengo más que buenas palabras para la tienda de Madrid de Kenzo !! Me encanta tanto , se sitúa en mi calle favorita de Madrid , y los dependientes son tan encantadores . Le Bon Marché :

If you go to Paris and you don´t visit this marvellous temple you have commited a mortal sin . It´s like Tiffany´s for Holly Golightley of ´´Breakfast in Tiffany´s´´ , nothing bad can happen you there , you can spend hours and hours buying in Le Bon Marché and if you are hungry  you just have to go to the infront sidewalk and have lunch in La Grand Épicerie , the most chic in alimentation. Le Bon Marché is that way cool that you cantry on clothes and contact by a intercom on the endoser to ask for more sizes .

Si vas a París y no visitas este maravilloso templo has cometido un pecado mortal .  Es como Tiffany´s para Holly Golightley de << Desayuno con Diamantes >> , nada malo puede pasarte allí , puedes pasarte horas y horas comprando en Le Bon Marché , y si tienes hambre sólo has de salir a la acera de enfrente y comer en La Grand Épicerie , lo mas chic de la alimentación . Le Bon Marché es tan cool que puedes probarte ropa y contactar a través de un telefonillo en el probador para preguntar por más tallas .

Its a beutifull building where fashion has been ever . The most chic part defenetly is the top with the restaurants where you can have a lunch with you friends or have a work lunch and then go up and have a great view of all Paris , so stay there with a couple of drinks is defenetly Vera and I plans for next Fashion Week ( shhh ) 


Es un edificio precioso dónde la moda ha estado siempre . La parte mas chic definitivamente es la de arriba con todos los restaurantes , dónde puedes comer con unos amigos o tener una comida de trabajo y luego ir arriba y tener una maravillosa vista de todo París , así que quedarse ahí con un par de bebidas es definitivamente los panes de Vera y míos para la siguiente Fashion Week ( shhh )

2º Día Fashion Week (Second day Fashion Week)

El segundo día de la Fashion Week empezó nada más y nada menos que con Rabaneda, que en esta colección se ha inspirado en los negros, grises, azules, platas y algún que otro blanco y rojo, también hemos visto en su colección mucha espalda descubierta.
The second day of the Fashion Week started nothing more and nothing less than Rabadena, in this colleccion he has inspired in the blacks, greys, blues, silvers and some that another white and red, to we have seen in his colleccion backless lot. 

La siguiente era María Barros que nos ha mostrado una mujer divertida llena de color, con lo que nos demuestra que los colores no son solo para primavera-verano, sino que también se pueden utilizar para otoño-invierno. 
The following was María Barros that she has shown we a woman funny full of color, thereby demonstrating that the colors are not just for spring-summer, also can be used for autum-winter.

A las doce era el desfile de Ailanto que decidió centrarse en los estampados mas que en telas lisas.
At twelve was Alianto's parade that he decided concentrate in the prints more than in plain fabrics.

Seguido de Roberto Torretta en el cual muestra una mujer sobria, por supuesto no faltaron las pieles, el diseñador se centró en los colores rojo y negro.

Roberto Verino se centró mas en los colores otoñales, aunque sacó algún que otro naranja, rosa y fucsia.

Vitorio y Luccino nos traían una "working woman" los colores más utilizados en su nueva colección han sido han sido grises y colores oscuros, sin olvidarnos de algun que otro azul y morado.
